MP/Party/Private Labels issue

    Details: Multiplayer, party and private mode labels not showing properly and sometimes seem inverted.
    For example sometimes there is the private label in the top center of the screen while in multiplayer or no label while in party mode.

    Steps to Reproduce: Switching between mp/party/private modes.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8) System RAM: 16338
