Title: Mud Town crier doesn't tell me how many lots are available
    Reproduction Rate:
    Blocker? no
Details: The town crier in Mud only shows me a list of lots in the area, but he doesn't give me an overview of how many lots of each type are available. I haven't spoken to any other town criers yet, so I hope the others still give this information which is extremely useful.

EDIT: the town crier in Noreach doesn't give me the overview of available lots either, just a list of all the lots in the town. Please add that functionality back in!

    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 16324
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 GPU RAM: 3020
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.358.Date.05.20.16
    Area: Novia_R10_City_Mud
    Loc: (86.6, 17.8, -42.3)

Town Criers no longer report an overview in text. This is currently by design, as a stop gap of issues observed where town criers were providing false information based on unloaded scene information (the text would be generated immediately upon interaction whereas the scene's actual lot information wouldn't load completely until several seconds later in the UI window).

I hope it is only a temporary stop gap measure. Community members like to exchange information about how many lots are available in different places, and counting them in the list of lots is too time-consuming.
