ok, ran around Novia, can be found between 3k - 10k. Lower values selling good, from 5k to 10k a little slower. Mostly blue then red, then green.

    Got the one's I want :)

I went to Blood River Forest to finish off the four gems puzzle (I got a hint a few weeks ago on where the 4th gem was), and managed to get a blue toadstool. Then I stayed around for a couple hours more and got no more. But I'm putting shrooms on my list of boredom trash mobs.

    Was it you ?
Whoever it was, good for them....
And I wish that - whoever it was - would kindly increase the freekin' drop rate. I mean, C'mon man ! This is DECO, not game-changing equipment.......

If rares aren't rare, well, then they wouldn't be...rares.

    Ok, I understand completely.
    It's just that it's a novelty deco item - that I wouldn't think justifies a "rare" status, that's all..........

I found one so faar, if they have to be THAT rare no idea, but given they are not vital i do not care about it...

Highlevels running around newbie zones is not an bad thing, i got my first serious funding by picking up after high levels farming things and making an killing in loot sold that way...

    This is frustrating :(

I've killed about 60 small mushrooms - no drop yet - and I see people are RMT these - so they must be stupid rare.

Moved on to the 'giant' mushrooms - lost 70k exp getting to Spindrift Passage by falling - whoops.

Killed 4 so far including the one getting here - they have a 10 minute respawn timer..

    SIGH :(

I wasted about 3 hours today trying to get a toadstool - at this point, I would have taken a croc carcass instead of the 10 gold or whatever they dropped.

@FrostII Did the small ones drop it, or just the giant ones with the 10 minute respawn?

    Mushroom Chair Report:

    I'm up to 10 now.

    Findings:
I ran through Spindrift Passage a dozen or so times to kill the "bigger mushrooms" and got a total of 1 chair (green).
Considering the travel time to get to the passage via Graff or Serpent Spine Mines, and extremely long respawn, this does not seem worth it.

I run into Upper Fortus when I'm passing by and kill the handful of "bigger mushrooms" there, never got anything.
I ran around North Shattered Hills for an hour and killed the smaller mushrooms there, never got anything.

The other 9 I've gotten in Blood River Outskirts, which seems the best place to farm them due to sheer quantity of mushroom killables and the fact that they also drop off the corrupted elves.
Of the 8 remaining I've gotten, 1 was off of one of the little green mushrooms near Naturalmans (with the really long name, bolus infernsomethingus) (green)
The other 7 were off corrupted elves, and were green and red.
I've never looted a blue one, but have confirmed reports of blue ones dropping off psilocybin and corrupted elf.

I've probably spent about 20 hours total running around Blood River (estimate), with a fleet flute and dash, and I can 1-shot anything in the zone and have mapped out a route to maximize mushroom killing.

Is 9 chairs in 20 hours too few? Too many? You be the judge....

I got a blue one and a green one from amanitas, but killing hundreds of the red mushrooms in Middle Downs did not drop any.

I do like that they are not as common as other decoration items like forks and paintings.
