Nathalia at Sunless Barrens: a bug?

    Title: Nathalia at Sunless Barrens: a bug?
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Nathalia after giving a quest stands there waving a sparkly hand. The quest is not finished yet (not even started) and she made a lot of noise about being very quiet being afraid that cultists will spot us. Should she be waving before the quest is finished? In any case, her behavior is inconsistent with her words. It could be a bug.

    @uhop She currently waves her hands until you get her the goods. Until the quest is over, you can talk to her about what she needs and she'll give some details, but she won't stop waving until the quest is over.

    That being said, I'll look into her setup and see what I can do. Issue #65250
