I am not sure if this is from a balancing of skills or something else, but I am moving at a natural speed closer to the speed of being about 50lbs encumbered in the live version of the game. Is this as intended or is something making me super snaily?

Walking around is no fun anymore and run into NPC is like stepping on the spot.

I agree. Running for me now is like a moderately paced jog. Not happy.

I then think that everything else also needs to run a bit faster to counter it. This is because we should be able to "barely" outrun things like wolves and such...
