need help in problems

hi all . I have a problems . If i try enter in Owls" nest sity i take crash game in 98% load every times.
I try reinstall game normal, and steam client and see damnit errors again ( . All ather place in game work correct.I try change some computers and try again , and see this crach again (


Shroud of the Avatar.exe caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005)
in module Shroud of the Avatar.exe at 001b:013581d9.

 

Recommend setting graphics to Fastest.
On Log-In page, bottom row select Options, then Video, then Quality Level select "Fastest".
I also uncheck antialias and ambient obscurance.

 

already set ( crash again

 

I had similar problems, I upgraded my RAM from 4GB to 8GB and it works flawlessly now.

 

now i find metod for fix this problems
game needs more 3100 free rams ... in 32bits on normal metod you cannot free more ..

this metod can ...
1. Run CMD on administrators , and write this BCDEdit /set PAE forceenable
2. write this BCDEdit /set increaseuserva 3072
now i can entering on owls head ! )
