[No Response] South Drachvald Spur - Not able to cast on pet when standing in this spot

    Title: not able to cast on pet (buffs or frenzy or bard skills do not effect it)
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: when trying to cast anything on pet of for pet to get effects from bard skills buffs it will not effect the pet at all
    Steps to Reproduce: stand at this location an try casting a buff, frenzy, or even casting a bard song to give the buffs from around

    verified. the reffed loc is almost on a dirt pile, but testing with another dirtpile did not show the same problem so that may be unrelated.
