[No Response] When mounted on Nightmare, char sinks to middle of horse

Title: When mounted on Nightmare (any horse actually), char sinks to middle of horse
**EDIT** Also happens on Unicorn and Bay Horse AND EVERY HORSE (tried them all)
Reproduction Rate: 100%
Blocker? No
Details: I mounted a Nightmare (in Fishing Expedition) and my char is "sunken" into middle of horse.
As you can see I am wearing chainmail - if that matters.

In addition to above:
Doesn't matter what I'm wearing (switched to cloth and then naked), the effect is the same.

Did you possibly have a fairy belt or creepy dolly equipped when you were in the scene by chance?

Exit the scene then re-enter it and try that?

 

I had no dolly or fairy belt equipped , last pic above shows char doll.

 

**FOLLOW UP**
Left scene for POT and tried there - the "sinking down" effect was gone.

Went back to Fishing Expedition and the "sinking down" was GONE there as well (but, the raising above the saddle bug is there now).

I am unable to determine the trigger for this bug at this time - though I was with Frost II when it happened to him and I see the photos of it. If anyone determines a trigger, please advise.
