New Avatar Items Tradable

New Avatars are awarded 12 recall scrolls, 12 teleport scrolls, and several repair kits and potions.
Currently these items can be freely traded, and people with two accounts can simply create an Avatar, step through the portal and teleport out of the intro quest instance to their main Avatar. They can then pass the teleport scrolls, recall scrolls, repair kits, and potions to their main Avatar, before deleting the new Avatar and repeating the process.
