New Forum section created for LUA discussions

    I have created a forum for all things LUA! (LUA is a scripting language being implemented in SotA that will allow players the ability to do many things to enhance their experience.)

    LUA is currently in its first run on the QA server with some basic functions available, but will be developed to include more and more functionality through 2020!
