New Map Functions

I understand now that we can use the new features for the map by adding our own things like POI. I think there needs to be some more icons for other things. Like ore, trees cotton and especially one for MOBS. We dont need an icon for every mob but a general one would be good. Trying to plot out where specific things are with no clear marker is a bit confusing.
Also when we go to the map and log in and we mark a location. Does that just show for the individual who marked it or is it loaded to the ingame map. Totally confused how this works.
