New Moon Spell fire flies untrainable

    when i saw the new spells in the moon tree i made a bee line for myrven in owls head since its a 2nd teir spell needing only 20 in nightvisionas its requirement but when i spoke to myrvin he replyed "i cant teach that skill here
    So i went to the master moon trainer in kings port still no new moon spell training now i feal cheeted! i got my hopes up on lock picking and yes i have it trained when it goes live ill be ready!!
