New Offline Char starts w/ stats of Online Char

    Created my first Offline char and she started with all the stats of my main online only char.

    Yes, mine too. I think thats because what they did with the R29 release reflecting what you have done in past release.

    Thank you both for reporting! Persistent skill levels across characters (even deleted characters) is now a known issue that we expect to resolve asap!
