New Player experience: cannot open combat decks

    Title: New Player experience: cannot open combat decks
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? yes
    Details: While doing the tutorial in Isle of storm the child Anais ask me to change my combat deck, but when I go to press Y it says I haven't unlocked yet the ability to use combat decks.
