    i have a question if anyone is able to help is it ok to start as a fighter in the battle of highvale storyline?

    Yes.

    If you answer the initial oracle questions with courage then that would have been your starting location.

    Also even if you started elsewhere you can simply train those skills at a trainer and head to Highvale to begin that quest line.
