    Title: Receiving "Essence Phylactery repeatedly from the Orator.

    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details/Steps to Reproduce:
    I received the quest from the Orator infront of the Broken Echoes Silver Mine.
    After asking about the Essence I received Essence Phylactery

    Asking again, I got the Essence for a second time ...
    I klicked again the keyword and now I had 3 of them in my inventory.
    I don't know if it is on purpose?
