New quest walk-though site?

I've been thinking of starting yet another quest walk-though site for a while. Toying with ideas like simple step by step text posts so you could get help on just that next puzzle without ruining the rest of the quest, all the way up to full on videos. Of course, with the new quest system coming in the future and this being a living game where stuff changes all the time, I'd like have to get the communities help to keep it current.

However, before I put any real effort into it, I thought I should ask. Do we even need a new quest site?

It would be great, in text format (I hate watching videos, though I understand the reason people do them) it would be great, with a navigation option where you can go straight to the part you want (Hinted by the step in the journal maybe?) with each separate section hidden behind spoiler style tags (so i.e. a part where only the way to solve the puzzle shows, but then the next part is hidden behind a spoiler tag, so you can read too far and get parts spoiled if you want to do it with help only when you are stuck).

I'd be willing to help, maybe even with French translation if need be.
