New Skills Window

I opened my skills menu and if I recall right it had a new button to press (clearly NUE). It was kinda odd, confused me but I pressed it. A lot of text started popping up (ah, help text, I remember this a long time ago). The problem is that the skills screen is so huge it covered most the text and I couldn't read it (then I remembered it was in the chat window but its been so long to remember that). This may confuse new people.
