    Title: New taming skill Frenzy can't be learned.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Yes
    Details: When you to to a trainer, even the taming trainer in Braemar you can't learn the skill.
    Steps to Reproduce: Go to a trainer and try to learn the skill.

    This bug is happening to me also.

    Also, the master taming trainer in Braemar doesn't ever stop walking he just keeps pacing back and forth.
