Night Step - Moon Magic

So i've been thinking about this skill and it's more or less not used because Blink is better.

I would suggest 1 change to the skill that would make sense. Allow this skill to be casted in stealth and not Break stealth.

Maybe reduce the range to balance it but that's it.

 

Also ... Make Fizzle's of this spell break stealth... This means it will add a much needed tool while making it a risk for plate users or Harder to use for Heavy users.

 

if it's breaking stealth, bug it.

 

Night step is worse than standing still when chasing someone if used at night. Teleports you half way to your target with your back towards them. That was fun to find out after reaching the bottom of the tree.... Broken like so much else.

 

you can teleport behind your target at night. (worked last night) Cool thing with nightstep: cast it on your target, cast an earthquake, the earthquake just hits after your tp'd to your target. If at night and tp'd behind target your EQ can crit like crazy. Very powerfull (if timed) in my opinion

 

As long as the target is standing still.. if he moved after you already cast my previous post happens. Skill is beyond useless

 

Wow, beyond useless. Does this mean it is actually useful?

 

It is - with backstab . Works great with thief builds though the cooldown is long.

 

You are better off just using moon beams and then walking behind your opponent. Then you can use stealth. Wait. And then attack from behind.

Its not a great skill. I unlearned it myself because of the whole, moving target thing.
