No Boat to Hometown

    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB GPU RAM: 2988
    SotA.Win.64.1051.Date.10.11.19
    Area: Novia
    Area Display Name: Novia
    Loc: (466.7, 13.1, -305.3)

    Dialogue showing that when i approach Soltown there is a boat to Hometown. There is no boat or Hometown in offline mode. Alot of popup text comes through with no relevance to offline mode
