No decks are displayed in UI (QA patch 836)

    Title: No decks are displayed in UI (QA patch 836)

    Details:
    No decks are displayed in the UI for QA patch 836.

    The decks are still there (you can use keybinds to access them) - but the UI shows no decks.

    If you all your decks are used, the "New Deck" button also does nothing.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Observe that the Combat Deck UI shows none of the existing decks (even though you can access them through keybinds).

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3930K CPU @ 3.20GHz (12) System RAM: 32686
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4043
