No Heart of Sorrow after having completed the Love Quest

My friend whose ingame name is Sylvester Stallone had completed the Love Quest but at the end he received no Heart of Sorrow even though he got the following message.


Apart from this, he was rewarded the tear of sorrows from the Oracle.

What should he do now to get the Heart of Sorrow back?
His User ID# is 179343.

@Garfield, first have him check the gear in the upper right corner of his inventory and make sure he's showing quest items.

okay, @balron09, thanks for checking that. i have pinged the devs on this one, but i suspect the response is gonna be "please email customer support so we can examine your account directly."
