    I bought a lot of stuff around the telethon time frame of a few weeks. These were items heavily on sale. I have noticed for example that I bought the "noble set" of statues yet the add on store does not have the "Got it" flag and they are also not listed on my account.

    You appear to have multiple accounts. Your "Nobles Set" is present on the secondary account. Is it possible you logged into the second account to make a purchase during the Telethon to benefit from the Spring 2017 Telethon Rewards? :)
