[Fixed] No NPC or player dialog when chat window disabled

    Title: No NPC or player dialog when chat window disabled

    Details: When the chat window is disabled via the new Option, when I talked to an NPC here in Ardoris, the chat dialog box popped up but there was no text appearing in it when I clicked a keyword and the NPC's response was also not shown.
    Steps to Reproduce: Disable chat window via Options menu, talk to an NPC.

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6300U CPU @ 2.40GHz (4) System RAM: 8073
    GPU: Intel(R) HD Graphics 520 GPU RAM: 2146
