no quest targets in compass only in ardoris

    1. Title: no quest targets in compass only in ardoris
    2. Reproduction Rate: every time
    3. Blocker?
    4. Details:
      As i enter the town of ardoris i dont see any blue quest-markers. i have a few quests open there (i.e the black arrow - children - quest or the quest wehere to talk to the NPC in the Tavern "abuse"))
    5. Steps to Reproduce: enter town
    6. User Specs:
      WIn XP
