    1. Title: No sharps or flats in music playing
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: Pressing CTRL+(1-8) while playing an instrument does not sharpen or flatten the note
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Attempt to play an instrument in anything other than the key of C/Am
