No signs in front of NPC buildings

    NPC buildings such as Guild offices, stores, taverns, etc should have nice signs outside proclaiming what they are. Trying to find a particular establishment in a town like Ardoris can be very wearying if you have to enter every single building that doesn't have a player ownership sign to see what's inside. Apart from that, I think it would add more atmosphere to the game and be more realistic if there were signs.

    I really would love to see unique signs like the Hearth of Brtiannia sign. They don't all have to be unique models. I'll take the same square model with at least a texture thrown on with the shop name.

    Reading the Ardoris map and translating the runes does help.

    Speaking of which, according to the map, Johan's shop in Ardoris is named Bell, Book and Candle. That makes me very happy.

    I agree I think signs would add so much to the look and feel of the environment. They did mention it in the hanout
    and their concern for it being abused, not sure what could be done to help with that . Perhaps limiting to signs being
    made by a master craftsman with rules could help. I will have to look at Johan's shop.;)
    Perhaps blacksmiths could make signs or perhaps carpenter and blacksmiths since they might be wood and metal.

    Like in UO. You could identify a magic shop, armor shop, food shop, bowyer, etc.
