Non-combat (utility) bar not visible in overworld...intended?

    Not sure if this is a bug, so wanted to feedback this here....but the non-combat bar isn't visible (at least for me) when I'm on the map. I have the non-combat bar set to be visible at all times (with the combat bar visible only during combat).

    Not sure either, it makes it impossible to cast light on the overworld now, which with everything darker is.. very annoying. I'd say report it as a bug and see whether they say it's intended or not.

    Please report as a bug. I went to cast light... and I couldn't!
