    Title: Non-harvestable coal "glows" like it is harvestable.

    Blocker? No
    Details: Coal in ore cart isn't harvestable but it "glows" like it is an item you can harvest.
    Steps to Reproduce: I specifically saw this in the coal right outside the entrance to the Elysium mines. (Location should be listed below)
