Non Magic Printing Press

Is there a way to craft or purchase a non-magic printing press for use IG?

I know there is the magic one that is for backers of a particular amount, but I am looking for a regular, run of the mill printing press that simply copies books, like the ones found in the NPC book shops around the world.

Do I have to lug hundreds of books to a press, I want to publish in my basement!

 

i wondered about this as well.....we have the 'special' one at our crafting pavillion and i have to run up there everytime i want to print a book. I would love to be able to put a normal one in my office. LOL.
Also wish if you put a special print on the cover that it would copy it as well...but i know that wont happen. Those things are too expensive to allow us to do that.

Go to the Magic Printer, put that 1x custom book with a special cover on the station input. Do not add any blank books.
Click Craft.

It's magic.

You can repeat that 12 times per person per week. So yes the limit is per avatar not the number of printing presses you have. Without the author's consent.

And when I reported it I was told it is by design. So it is there to stay.
