    Title: North Drachvald spur - water from slough runoff does not flow to edge of rocks
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: see pic below. Water should flow to the edge of the rocks, then cascade over them.
    Steps to Reproduce: see above.
