North Grumvald Barrens Tier 4 Zone

I ventured into this scene thinking it would be easy as I was playing on a level 90 Avatar. I never had an issue here. I noticed that the mobs are different in this zone and show up as yellow and dark orange. With the changes to adventure scenes should this scene now be a level 5 or 5+ scene. Not sure if this was intentional or maybe the scene change did not get recorded properly this release.
