Northwood Public Vendor and Town Crier not at map location, no gold

    Blocker?Yes, from receiving the 100 gold.

    Both the Public Vendor and Town Crier are not where they are supposed to be according to the ingame map. I found them close to the dock but the Town Crier never gave me my money (and yes I am sure I haven't been here so I assume it is not the correct Town Crier, as sometimes a town has two and always only one gives the money)
