[Not a bug] Bulletin boards

More of a question than a bug report, i noticed with my bulletin board people have to be kindred or higher on my lot to be able to place flyers on the board, is this by design or is it supposed to have an option like chests that let anyone place an item in/on but not retrieve said item?

Anyone know the trick to placing? I tried the board in several positions and tried to use paper. it's a guild house and a guildee also could not place even though kindred.

 

I know this is not a bug either but could we get flyers to show up better on the crafted bulletin boards. you can barely know they are there. Please, Please. @Lexie

Is it by design, that only the LOT-Owner can delete flyer from the board?

Our Problem:
One Lot-Owner has a Board on his LOT;
we are some Co-Owner and some Trustee for this Lot;
everyone from us can put new flyer on the board ( a.e.: Orders for crafted goods), but only the Lot-Owner can delete them.

So after we had finished and delivered the orders, we have to inform the Lot-Owner, to delete the flyer.
I would be very nice, if there could be a change, that everyone who can place a flyer has the option to delete the flyer.
