[Not a bug] Harvest Status Bar Hidden Under non-combat bar

4. Details: In the picture below, I'm harvesting water from a cistern but the same happens on any node. The percent complete status bar of the harvest is behind the non-combat tool bar. Not sure if there is a way to move these around but this is how it defaulted for me.
5. Steps to Reproduce: Harvest something. The status bar for the harvest is hidden behind the non-combat bar.

You should be able to slide the non-combat bar down by left-clicking on the little shovel in the middle of the bar, holding it, and sliding it down.

 

Ahh thank you. That's not very intuitive...

 

still the same happens when in free attack boosting your weapon and then harvest something and that cannot be moved
