[Not a Bug] Respawn rate in besieged cities

    Title: Impossibly low spawn delay in all of besieged cities

    Details: This is just impossible to play! I can kill all of mobs from camp with catapult, but if one of them die - in same moment mob respawn with full of life and attack me. No adequate delay! Simply for collect loot no time!!! I really hope this is a bug. Please check this events, they are level 4, but with this storm respawn - higher then level 10+! This event is not playable for now.

    those camps are wave battles that continue until 6 engineers have been killed at each one. the tier four indicator is only meant to describe the level you see passing through the battle scene, not trying to complete it. working as intended.
