[Not a bug] Synchronizing Players hang-up

    Reproduction Rate:1x occurance


    Details: When entering The Rise I got the 'Synchro' message and it got hung-up at 63% for like 3mins. I thought the game was locked up entirely, but i left it up while filing bug and it eventually zoned me in.

    Can sometimes happen. "Synchronizing with other players" indicates waiting on action from another player's machine.

    Ugghh...so we have to wait 3mins+ to get into a map if another players got a slow machine?! Normally, most scenes load for me in about 10secs.
