Title: Use key doesn't work with Alt when clicking merchants

Details: When holding ALT to skip merchant conversations, pressing the Use key doesn't work when used on Merchants.
Steps to Reproduce: Go to a working (see other bug in this subforum), NPC Merchant. Hold ALT, and Use the Merchant.
User Specs:
OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz (12) System RAM: 24411
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPU RAM: 8079

Check your hotkey settings . This Alt + Interact key to skip chat with merchants is actually a new hotkey named "Interact (No Chat)" that defaults to Left Alt + E. This hotkey is separate from the "Interact" key, which defaults to E. This configuration may not work as expected on all keyboards, so make sure that this hotkey is bound to the keys that you expect for your keyboard.
