[Not a bug] Wayland Band not working when equipped

4. When I equip the Wayland Band, +3 Masterwork proficiency, it does not increase. It stays the same, for me, at 73.2. Just to avoid someone telling me if I'm looking at the right thing, I am NOT talking about the level.
5. Just equip the Wayland band.

@Draugur2 - Thank you for reporting. Before I record for review... just wondering how you are testing to see if it's working or not?

Are you checking your chat log after /stats before and after equipping the ring? Or are you just reading the tooltip on the skill?

 

Hmm, good point, I'll check /stats then get back to you.

 

I looked using /stats. It is working. Just doesn't show when you are looking at the skill using the K key. Thank you Daxxe!

This is one of those things that would be good to report as an RFE. A new player isn't going to know to check /stats, they're going to expect it to show up in the easy to see places, just like @Draugur2 did.
