    Title: Not showing Correct amount of uses for skills Non-combat bar
    Reproduction Rate: hasn't gone away
    Blocker? NO
    Details: It is showing I have +99 on my skills in the Non-combat bar when I don't have any, because the lack of reagents.
    Steps to Reproduce: its always there
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
