NPC Bank building issue with picking up

    Title: NPC Bank building issue with picking up
    Reproduction Rate:100%

    Details:I placed an NPC Bank building and put a banker inside. Later I removed the banker and was going to pick up the building where it told me I could not as there was deco and or npc inside that needed to be picked up first. I can't seem to correct this so that I can pickup
    Steps to Reproduce:place bank npc building pickup bank npc building.
