NPC not appearing/loading in.

Hey team, sorry to be bringer of odd news, but I cannot currently see any NPC's. I am located in Blood River Outskirts in the Elven Camp, this has happened a few times now. I've restarted/re-installed to no success. Would love to know if anyone else is experiencing this and what sort of options I have for a fix?

@Waystone if you toggle on nameplates do you see their names floating around?
