NPC possibly missing conversation

    Title: NPC ("Commoner") possibly missing conversation

    Details: This may or may not be a bug or may just not be in yet, but submitting just in case. The NPC at this location (in the tree home with a bunch of stuff, doesn't respond when you click on her. I feel like she would have something to say (I mean, she's in the middle of nowhere, so she's there for a reason, right?)
    Steps to Reproduce: Go talk to her

    Okay, none of the NPC's in this area have any response. I suspect this isn't in yet.

    I also noticed that these NPCs receive music buffs from players, including Upbeat Music from Fleet Flute.
