NPC Town of GRUMRIDGE Missing Boat to Overworld

    Title: NPC Town GRUMRIDGE Missing Boat to Overworld

    Details: On the Main Dock, radar map shows Icon w/label: EXIT to Overworld, but there is not Boat/ship anywhere on the Docks
    Steps to Reproduce: Visit Grumridge at Location listed below
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690K CPU @ 3.50GHz (4) System RAM: 16328
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 GPU RAM: 1969
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.444.Date.07.13.16
    Area: PRT_swamp_metropolis_01
    Loc: (184.8, 36.0, 266.7)

    Also, while in the Town, all POI's (Town Crier, Exits, Main Dock, etc.) All have the same Incorrect Icon on the radar/Map -- they display the little Globe Icon.
