NPC Towns Weekly Challenge

    Sometime ago there was a discussion about how dead some of the NPC towns were getting over time.

    To make them more appealing to visit, someone came up with the idea of challenges within each NPC town (sorry, can't remember who came up with it).

    So, this post is about fleshing out some ideas for town weekly challenges:

    1) Every major town would get a weekly challenge related to its virtue;
    2) The challenges may be guild based and individual;
    2.1) For guild based challenges, the prize would be a buff that lasts a week;
    2.1.1) The buff power must be divided by the number of active players in that particular week;
    2.1.2) The buff may be in-line with the town's virtue;
    2.2) For individual challenges, the prize would be items, COTOs, deco, titles, etc.;
    2.3) The challenge should be in line with the town's virtue;
    2.4) There would be a fully disclosed Leaderboard;
    2.5) The top 3 scorers (guilds or individuals) would share the prize, weighed to their scores.
    2.5.1) No individual or guild shall get more than 50% of the full prize;

    Example:
    Ardoris (Love) challenge: crafted gear and food donation, scores get higher with enchanted and masterworked gear.
    Guild prize: +15% consumable strenght for 7 days.
    Individual prize: +10% E+MW chance 1 hour lasting food

    If you guys like the idea, feel free to add your suggestions, such as a PVP or fishing challenge, etc.
