NPCs not re-spawning in Owl's Nest Mine

    NPCs not re-spawning in Owl's Nest Mine

    100%

    Blocker? No

    Details:
    Once you kill the NPCs, they do not re-spawn anymore, but all the nodes continually re-spawn for gathering. Also when first entering the mine the bandits get stuck coming up the path. At the room with the steps leading down, if you attack the bandits from above, they charge you directly and get stuck in the wall.
    Steps to Reproduce: Remain in the scene an extended period of time.

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4670K CPU @ 3.40GHz (4) System RAM: 16315
    GPU: AMD Radeon R9 200 Series GPU RAM: 4073
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.480.Date.09.07.16
