    I personally like the overcast look :) -- but there should definitely be seasons and weather in the game, and it should vary depending on that.

    Weather is one of the early stretch goals. It will definitely be a big part of the game. I don't think we know yet just how important it is.

    I'm expecting a broad spectrum of weather in this game. Sunny skies as well as torrential rain, lightning, snow, fog, etc.

    Thought I saw a volcano in the backdrop of a screenshot of Owls Head, so can see why it's hazy/overcast (at least in that location)

    You know what would be cool is if there were natural disasters like earthquakes and forest fires every once and a while.

    I cant recall which but in one of the more recent scene jams there was amazing storm/wind/rain/lightning physics going on.....It looked sweet the way the trees were moving like you were the centre of a real storm.

    Has any game ever really got seasonal weather correct?

    Blue skies should be followed by colorful sunsets. The sunsets in R1 were bland despite the pretty sunrays. With such an active nearby volcano, one would expect the particles and ash to scatter sunlight in a spectrum of colors, especially during sunset.

    I saw this sky while at work and thought hell that belongs on this thread! :)

    I am having an awesome time with ENB lighting and skies in a couple of games. I'm probably late to the party but its a very cool tool! Throw a DLL in your gaming folder and edit enblocal.ini and you have amazing configurable skies.

    It would be really nice to see simple seasonal based weather and hardcore storms.
