OBSIDIAN INGOTS - refining skill not working

    Went to the forge few days ago to make some obsidian ingots i had enough chips to make 20 ingots ..and i got 20 ingots ... refine skill didnt increase the ingot number even though im GM . Is this ''working as intended'' or a bug ?

    @Elrond, i suspect the smelting subskills only apply to using smelting recipes on a smelting station. the forge is a smithing station; in fact the obsidian ingot recipe has a smithing level requirement and not a smelting one.
