Details: Yesterday I decided to unlearn and receive my xp back into my pool for the Ranged Tree. When I went to the Crown Store and purchased the Obsidsian Item of Greater Unlearning all that happened was that the little arrows(red) came up over each of the Ranged Skills. Nothing happened after that...no unlearning, no return of xp in those skills. I logged in today and the Ranged Tree still had the red arrows pointing down. I then went to the Crown store, bought another of the unlearning potion thinking that maybe the one I had used was broken. Still today not working. Please refund the cotos spent .

Did you click the cog wheel in the corner of your skill tree?

I just used 1 today and that’s how it worked for me.

I think they should state the usage on the item description. I was once having no idea on how to use that.
